The finish line, run jointly with the Engineering cohort. You submit a live product and its URL, which is mandatory, and you present it live, which is opt-in, in a three-minute walkthrough of what it does, how you built it, and what your evaluation told you. It is recorded, so the demos become project and testimonial content afterwards.

Running it with the engineers is deliberate, not logistical. A founder presenting a product next to an engineer presenting the agent underneath is the clearest possible moment for the two cohorts to see each other's side of the same craft, and it is where a lot of people first glimpse the next rung, whether that is a builder deciding to go learn the engineering, or an engineer seeing how a product person frames and ships. Prepare the walkthrough from your Sprint brief, lead with what the product does for its user, show it working live, and be honest about what your evals surfaced. A real product, shown plainly, with an honest word on its quality, is the strongest thing you can present, and by this point you will have exactly that.
