ML Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

Build the training and serving infrastructure for Claude. You will design systems for efficient large-scale model training, develop custom GPU kernels, optimize inference throughput, and ensure Anthropic's infrastructure can support the next generation of AI models safely and reliably.

Requirements

• MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years building ML infrastructure at scale
• Expert-level knowledge of GPU programming (CUDA/Triton)
• Experience with distributed training frameworks
• Strong systems design and performance optimization skills
