About the Role

Build and maintain the Transformers library and Hugging Face Hub. You will implement state-of-the-art model architectures, optimize inference performance, create tutorials and documentation, and engage with the open-source ML community to shape the future of accessible AI.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of Python development experience
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures
• Active open-source contributions (GitHub profile required)
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
