Build recommendation and personalization systems that help 250M+ Netflix members discover content they love. You will develop large-scale ranking models, design online experimentation frameworks, and optimize for long-term user satisfaction across diverse global markets.

Requirements

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years building recommendation or ranking systems
• Experience with large-scale A/B testing and causal inference
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and deep learning frameworks
• Strong product intuition and user empathy
