Requirements

• PhD or equivalent experience in machine learning, NLP, or related field
• 3+ years of experience training large-scale neural networks
• Strong publication record at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed training frameworks
• Experience with RLHF or alignment techniques is a plus
