The challenge

WireApps is an AI-first engineering agency — 50+ engineers across the UK, Sri Lanka, and the UAE, delivering fractional CTO services, engineering pods, and production AI agents for scale-ups. With AI moving fast and engineers spread across time zones, the team was individually adopting tools without a shared framework. Inconsistent approaches meant duplicated effort and uncertainty about what was actually production-ready.

What we did

Engineers and Product operators ran the cohort together — not in separate tracks. The curriculum covered Claude integration, agentic patterns, production AI evals, and workflow automation, all applied to WireApps' live client engagements.

Given the distributed team across the UK, Sri Lanka, and UAE, sessions were designed to create shared vocabulary and agreed standards that travel across time zones.

The outcome

Output: an internal AI playbook, agentic prototypes for Engineering, and a unified prompt library — all reused on every customer engagement since. First agent shipped within 3 weeks of kickoff. 100% cohort completion.
